Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PS-BOOKS will be happy to give you an exchange or refund any unused items provided that you return your item (s) in its sealed original packaging and condition, with your receipt and within 14 days of making your purchase.
To complete your return
- Send an email to advising us about what you are returning and the reason why you are returning your item with your full name and an address
- We will send you an email back with postal information
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Please allow process time to receive you funds and first check with your bank
then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund following on from this, send us an email).
Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
